As a registered NDIS provider, Network Case Management Services has over 25 years of expertise in supporting the people of Perth, Western Australia. We have specialised experience with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, psychosocial disability, and intellectual disability in delivering care and core supports in community settings. We support Participants funded by the NDIS, Insurance Commission of WA, the Public Trustee and Private Trustees and are proudly Western Australian owned and operated.

Case Management
Provides support after complex injury to access the services, treatments and supports you require to help facilitate transition from hospital to home, both during and after the rehabilitation phase.
Medico Legal Reporting
Medico legal reports are required by lawyers to support any personal injury claims and liability matters. Our experienced Occupational Therapists specialise in providing Occupational Therapy and Allied Health needs assessments in relation to all personal injury matters.
