Davinia Costello

Davinia holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree and Diploma of Professional Counselling and her special interests are in the areas of Mental Health, Carer support and training. She has worked for many years with key organizations such as Arafmi (previously The Association of Relatives and Friends of the Mentally Ill), Alzheimers Association, and as a Case Manager with 55 Central who assist people with mental illness who are at risk of homelessness.

Davinia has been one of the Directors of Network Case Management since 2011.

Brett Costello

Brett Costello graduated with a BSc Physiotherapy in 1995, working primarily in neurological rehab, aged care and private practice, including key providers such as Brightwater, Aegis and Royal Perth Hospital. Since this time Brett has moved into management within Health Solutions, mostly around recruitment, staffing and brokerage services, community reintegration, international relocation and high level business negotiations with major health care groups and providers. Brett's background in Physiotherapy leads to a special interest in client rehabilitation with a focus on physical elements of the recovery process.

Brett takes a key role within the organisation as Managing Director and Head of Operations and Marketing since taking over the business in 2011

Natalie Marion

Natalie Marion Graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2002 and has worked as a Registered Nurse specialising in Paediatrics for the last 9 years. She completed a Graduate Program at Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) and subsequently took on a contract to work in the hospitals Neonatal Unit. It is here that she developed many skills working with the acutely sick child, such as the use of different respiratory support equipment like Ventilators, CPAP and BIPAP machines and the importance of therapeutic care with not only the patient but also the patient's parents. She also has a great understanding of how the different allied health members work together to achieve the best outcome for the patients not only in the hospital settings but for the transition and continuation out in the community.

Janice White

Janice is passionate about advocating for her clients, and assisting them to be as independent as possible.  Her experience in equipment prescription and assessments of physical and mental illness assist clients with physical injuries, mental illness and intellectual disability to live the best life possible for them. Janice is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the Occupational Therapist's Registration Board of Australia (OTBA).  She is also a former Member of Curtin University 'CHIRI' Clinical Think Tank, and a member of the Aged Care Occupational Therapist's Interest Group in WA.

Joanne Watson

Joanne is dedicated to assisting her clients to identify their rehabilitation objectives and to achieving those goals in the home environment. She has developed a keen desire to see her clients progress their recovery from serious injury through a well-developed rehabilitation programme which speaks to the whole person - her/his physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual well being. She understands that her clients come to NCMS with parents, or partners and/or children and she understands that the family is also recovering from a life-changing event and seeks to provide the necessary assistance to make their journeys more manageable. She is dedicated to applying a systems-based approach which also sees her confidently liaise with various service providers from all areas of the community.

Caroline Giumelli

Caroline Giumelli is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of practise in various clinical roles, including home visiting for home design and modification, and upper limb rehabilitation. Caroline has been part of the team at Network Case Management Services for the past two years. She liaises with the Public Trustee, the Office of the Public Advocate and private practice Legal Practitioners as part of her role in medico-legal assessment and reporting. Her experience and holistic approach to assessment assists clients with a wide variety of issues to make a positive difference. Caroline is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the Occupational Therapist’s Registration Board of Australia (OTBA).

Moara Prado

Previously employed by the National Disability Insurance Agency, Moara Prado worked alongside participants helping them to build and understand their NDIS plans. Moara is passionate about social justice, capacity building and enriching people’s quality of life. Moara comes from a CALD background and enjoys building and strengthening links within the community, hoping to make it more accessible for all in the future.

Sonia Payne

Sonia Payne is a Specialist Support Co-ordinator and Case Manager whose area of speciality is working with clients with Acquired Brain Injuries, rehabilitation and the transition from hospital to the community. After spending over 16 years working for the Health Dept of WA as a Senior Social Worker within Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Sonia knows the challenges facing clients with newly acquired disabilities and how a new diagnosis can impact on a person's entire network. She has extensive experience in assisting individuals move from hospital and back into the community ensuring that they have the resources and supports that will allow them to achieve their own personal goals.

Amanda Rodriguez

Amanda Rodriguez graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Social Work in 2007 working primarily in Neurology and Neurosurgery in a hospital setting. Amongst a variety of roles, Amanda has provided emotional support to patients and their families as well as organise appropriate support services, which patients require in order to live safely and independently as possible at home. Amanda is dedicated to helping others and advocating on their behalf, being able to empower others to make their own choices, while assisting people with their goals to achieve the best possible results. Amanda considers herself to be a team player having experience with working in multi- disciplinary teams, but also more than capable of working one on one to get the desired outcome for her clients.

Stephanie Bolton

Stephanie Bolton (Bachelor of Science/Bachelor Social Work, 1999). Stephanie has worked as a Medical Social Worker in Perth Children’s Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women & Osborne Park Hospital, providing sound experience in advocating for clients and working in multidisciplinary teams. Her other professional roles include working as a Policy Officer at the Department of Health and School Social Worker. These providing sound experiences in Counselling families and Assessment. She has a keen interest in Medical Social Work and Health and is passionate about advocacy and support for her clients.

Kate Gregory

Kate is passionate about helping individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life. Kate has dedicated her adult life to studying and working in the health field including areas such as mental health and Diabetes education. The experience and knowledge gained has created a holistic approach to care for her clients. Kate is a qualified Enrolled Nurse.

Paul Easson

After working for much of his life in the Transport and Warehousing sectors, Paul decided a major change was due and after studying his Cert III in individual care went on to work in Aged Care.
After about 12 months he applied for a job with Rehabilitation Support Services to become an in home disability support worker and found the job he'd been looking for his whole life. As opportunities presented to progress within the organisation, Paul has stepped up into the role of Support Coordinator with Network Case Management Services. Paul has been working in his new role as Support Coordinator since early 2019, and says he is “loving every minute of it since”.
