Natalie Marion Graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2002 and has worked as a Registered Nurse specialising in Paediatrics for the last 9 years. She completed a Graduate Program at Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) and subsequently took on a contract to work in the hospitals Neonatal Unit. It is here that she developed many skills working with the acutely sick child, such as the use of different respiratory support equipment like Ventilators, CPAP and BIPAP machines and the importance of therapeutic care with not only the patient but also the patient's parents. She also has a great understanding of how the different allied health members work together to achieve the best outcome for the patients not only in the hospital settings but for the transition and continuation out in the community.

Natalie has two children of her own and since the birth of her first child has worked within the Casual Pool for PMH. This has allowed her to work on different wards with children of different ages and needs. Since been on the Casual Pool she mainly works in the specialty areas such as Paediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care and the Emergency Department. Natalie has also more recently been involved in supervision of Nursing students on their paediatric clinical rotations.

Natalie enjoys nursing and loves achieving the set goals intended for the patients under her care. She looks forward to working with the families, the clients and the allied health members to achieve the optimum healthcare for her clients.
