Work with a purpose

As a Support Coordinator with Network Case Management Services, you will be supported by our highly qualified and caring team who will help you achieve your professional goals whilst you’re supporting our Participants to reach theirs!

The purpose of a Support Coordinator is to support Participants to live a fulfilling life, by assisting them to build skills and understand how to effectively utilise their NDIS plan. As a Support Coordinator your role is to work with Participants to ensure all supports are effectively utilised to maximise capacity, to build and maintain relationships and support them to live more independently, and to be included in the community. Our Support Coordinators work with Participants who access funding through NDIS, ICWA, Public Trustees and Private Trustees.

Our work from home, casual employment model works well for Support Coordinators who are looking to achieve the perfect work-life balance. Whilst we require you to work a minimum of 3 days a week, the hours you work on those days are up to you. We empower our Support Coordinators to work with Participants that match their skillset and preferences, and work with all our Support Coordinators to ensure their caseloads are manageable whilst fulfilling the plan needs.

We offer monthly in person practice supervision, bimonthly in person whole team meetings with professional development opportunities. If this is the environment you’d like to work in we look forward to receiving your Expression of Interest form.

Our Support Coordinators are all degree qualified professionals that align with our Values and Purpose, which you can read more about on the About Us tab.
