What is support coordination?

Support coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in plan. Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to:

  • Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
  • Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
  • Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.

Using your plan

Once your plan is approved, it’s important to understand how you can use the funds you’ve been allocated, the NDIS website has a lot of information to support Participants If you have Support Coordination in your plan your Support Coordinator will help you understand your plan.

To use your NDIS funds you’ll need to engage with providers to support you, it’s always great to understand the NDIS from the providers perspective so you can have a great expereince,
